The quote tool

The quoting tool requests gender, date of birth, your self-assessed health, tobacco use, your target amount, and term preference. This data flows to a carrier quoting service to generate rates and is not retained on this site. No name, address, phone, or email is needed to view quotes. Matching requests within a brief window may be fulfilled from a temporary cache.

Applying

Choosing to apply uses your responses to pre-populate a secure application on the carriers' platform, and you then follow that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurer (License 0B75129), oversees the workflow.

The contact form

You provide your name, email, an optional phone number, communication preference, subject, and message text. Messages route directly to the agency with your email as the reply destination. This site does not archive messages, maintain a submissions archive, or retain content records. A brief client-side security validation prevents abuse before dispatch.

Measurement

Page view tracking uses first-party, cookie-free analytics run from our domain. No tracking cookies or identifiers are placed; your IP is partially hidden before storage; referrer queries are stripped; visitor logs vanish after 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.

What we do not do

We do not monetize visitor data, share it externally, track for advertising, or incorporate third-party analytics. The sole external system is the carriers' application, which runs only if you access the application page.
